Hearlink is one of Victoria’s largest audiology and hearing clinicians with ten locations across Victoria. Hearlink approached Yarra Web to increase their online visibility and manage the content and e-commerce components of their website with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Our strategy rests on two main goals; increasing the number of visitors to the website and increasing the conversion rate of visitors to leads. To achieve the first goal, we employ a content marketing strategy which involves regular posting of high quality content and content outreach to build quality links back to the website. This strategy has more than tripled the website traffic and seen the site rise in Google by hundreds of positions across our main keywords.
Achieving our second goal – increasing the website conversion rate – involved redesigning key sections of the site, including the homepage and contact us page, and tidying up the navigation to better aid the user journey from visitor to customer. Making the site responsive to work seamlessly across devices was also key. We are able to measure the effectiveness of this activity through the use of Google Analytics Goal conversion tracking on contact forms.
