Knox Carpets Kilsyth required a brand new website to launch their new business. As a carpet installer, it was very important to devise a branding strategy that would allow Knox Carpets to stand out in a hyper competitive market place characterised by cut throat prices and strong competition.
After consultation with Knox Carpets, we positioned the site to appeal to an audience based on a higher level of service and industry expertise and a large product range that competitors may not be able to match. We focused the homepage on products that users are particularly interested in, based on anecdotal evidence from Knox Carpets and empirical evidence from sources such as Google AdWords. We’ve also prominently placed testimonials as forms of social proof to establish trust amongst new users.
Overall the site performs well in search engines and resonates with the intended target market targeted in Google AdWords.
