After designing the original NoiseGuard site all the way back in 2011, NoiseGuard approached us to rebuild their site in 2017 to better align with the NoiseGuard’s position as a cutting edge innovator in their field. Part of the rebuild was to produce an online store and streamline the ordering process of their core product, the customised hearing devices.
The theme we created reflected NoiseGuard’s roots as tenants of the high octane automative industry, and also displayed the diverse range of applications and industries their products service. In this light, particular regard was given to the layout of the sitemap and subsequent navigation, which was designed to allow users to discover exactly where NoiseGuard meets their customer needs, and resulted in a greatly reduced admin backlog of answering customer enquiries over the phone by NoiseGuard staff.
NoiseGuard owner Johnny Themistoklis was very proud of the final result, and was proud to receive excellent feedback from customers, and was relieved at the reduction in demands on staff resources the website produced.
