Dribbble

Yes, there are three b’s in there, be sure to include them all. It’s a very cool online community for designers to contribute and network. Fribbble is the free takedown of the site, which offers the same basic functionalities. You can scroll through illustrations and vector images. You can reach out to the designers in the community for work opportunities or just idea sharing. It serves as an inspiration hub for anyone looking for ideas.

GraphicBurger

If you’re a designer, then this is the place for you. They specifically call out that they’re a “buffet” of resources. They offer exclusive PSD files that they design themselves as well as other creative from contributors around the world. You can meet many of your needs at GraphicBurger including templates for presentations, photos both licensed and creative commons and mock-ups.

Sketchapp TV

If your focus is Sketch 3 or UX design, definitely check out Sketchapp TV. If you’re a beginner, then this site has a ton of tutorials and videos which will help you on your journey. And if you’re already a pro, there are a significant number of toolkits and even plugins that you can download directly from the site. These resources are also great for mobile projects.

Designer Mill

Designer Mill may cause you to go down a dangerous rabbit hole if you have time on your hands and you’re interested in web design. Mac? PC? Mobile? Doesn’t matter. Not only does it have a multitude of design resources, but it’s a great place to find free fonts as well as coding resources. You can design your entire site, using the resources at Designer Mill.
